Paleo Meal Plans
Below is a sample 1 week paleo meal plan. This meal plan uses a few principles to guide us. First, we make one snack a week. This saves time and money – and makes sure we don’t “over snack”. Once the snack is gone for the week, it is gone. In this sample we have used Kale Chips. These are really easy to make in large batches.
Second, we tried to keep some of the foods similar for grocery shopping ease. This can help lower the cost a little. All of the breakfast recipes for this sample plan can be found on our website on the recipes tab. The rest of the recipes were complied from all over the internet, from offline recipe books and from experience. These are all available in my “mini” virtual recipe book. This plan is just a sample plan from a set up I used in Microsoft Excel.
